Project Manager
Summary
IT Project Manager based in Hung Hom, Hong Kong, leading end-to-end delivery of complex application migrations — planning, scheduling, budget and risk control across business units, IT teams and vendors. Requires 4+ years of IT PM experience with private cloud/PaaS, CI/CD and secure-by-design work, plus strong English and Chinese.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex application migration by planning, scheduling, and aligning resources across business units, IT teams and vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, define roles and responsibilities, and ensure execution adherence to project timelines.
Maintain cost control by monitoring budget utilisation, forecasting expenditures, and implementing corrective measures to stay within project budget.
Identify, evaluate, and escalate risks, maintaining a structured risk register and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent schedule or scope deviations.
Ensure full alignment with internal governance frameworks and organisational compliance policies.
Deliver all project activities with full implementation, validation, and successful deployment in alignment with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
4 years or more of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record in managing complex application revamps including process re-engineering on a private cloud and PaaS environment.
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business units, IT teams and vendors.
Experienced in leading medium-sized teams.
Experienced in implementing secure-by-design principles and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin.
A formal qualification for project management or equivalent is highly desirable.
