Your New Role
Prepare accurate construction estimates for projects
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine scope, timelines, and cost structures
Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Oversee subcontractor bidding, contract negotiations, and compliance with safety and legal standards
Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery
Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to protect budgets and timelines
Maintain organized project documentation, reports, and cost tracking
Conduct quality control checks and participate in preconstruction meetings
Utilize estimating and project management software, including bidding tools such as Accubid, to evaluate project performance
Operate in a fast-paced construction environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Report daily to the office and oversee projects across the tri-state area

Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the construction industry
Proven hybrid experience combining both project management and construction estimating responsibilities
Demonstrated success managing small to mid-sized projects ranging from $50K to $500K from bid through completion
Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
Experience in commercial or industrial construction environments preferred
Experience in performing in a fast-paced, deadline-driven construction setting
Proficiency in construction estimating and project management software
Experience with bidding software such as Accubid preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines
An electrical license is a plus, but not required
Must pass background check and drug screening
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
