We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cloud and enterprise software projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll work side by side with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project goals, set timelines, and manage resources effectively driving team performance and keeping communication open with every party involved.
What You'll Do
- Drive Projects from Start to Finish: Review the status of new and existing projects daily, maintain project plans and schedules, and keep delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead and Coordinate the Project Team: Conduct team check-ins, keep workstreams aligned, remove blockers, and resolve conflicts before they affect delivery.
- Manage Stakeholders and Customers: Keep Sales, Technical teams, and customers updated on progress, decisions, and changes, and translate requirements clearly between business and technical parties.
- Control Risk and Budget: Monitor project risks and issues, prepare mitigation plans early, and track budget consumption against plan.
- Safeguard Quality and Documentation: Document project progress and decisions, run quality checkpoints on deliverables, and capture lessons learned to improve how future projects are run.
What We're Looking For
- Project Management Experience :Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Education & Product Knowledge: Bachelor's Degree, with product knowledge in Cloud (Public / Private) and Enterprise Software & Applications. Hands-on exposure to AWS and Lark Suite implementations is a strong advantage.
- Project Management & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, with strong analytical, resource management, risk management, and time management skills.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management :Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills , able to hold the room with customers, technical teams, and management alike.
- Professional Certification: PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification is an added advantage.
