Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, technical deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, system integration roadmaps, milestones, and cross-functional schedules.
  • Drive Agile practices by organizing and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
  • Manage budget allocations, infrastructure costs, and resource constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, manage project dependencies, and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business updates for leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Oversight: Evaluate technical project proposals, validate system architecture feasibility, and make informed decisions regarding technology trade-offs.
  • Assess technical risks, architectural bottlenecks, and code dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee technical documentation, ensuring that architecture designs, API specifications, and deployment plans remain accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain quality assurance and compliance standards, ensuring all deliverables meet established engineering and organizational benchmarks.
