FAAC Technologies, headquartered near Bologna, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Headquarters in Zola Predosa (Bologna).
You will lead product development projects, manage integrated plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration, reporting to senior leadership on status and risks.
The role requires a degree in engineering, 5–10 years PM experience, PMP desirability, English fluency, and willingness to travel internationally. Permanent contract with strong benefits.
Lead assigned product development projects, ensuring targets related to time-to-market, cost, CAPEX/OPEX and business objectives. Define, develop and maintain integrated project plans, coordinating scope, milestones, deliverables and resources. Lead and engage multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. Manage stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely decisions. Monitor execution and risks via KPIs, Obeya visuals and digital tools. 5–10 years of experience in project management. PMP certification is highly desirable.
