Project Manager - Financial Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Account management.
  

• Project management, including schedule management, issue management, and risk management.
  

• Reporting to Steering Committees.
  

• Project strategy development.
  

• Execution planning, including PoC, requirements definition, testing, migration, and training.
  

• Liaising with clients and overseas offices.
  

• At least 1 year of experience in system-related projects, either in development or PMO.
  

• Experience preparing management-level reports and presentation materials.
  

• Experience communicating with overseas stakeholders in English.
  

• Business-level Japanese proficiency.
  

• For Manager level and above:
  

• Experience managing projects involving three or more team members.
  

• Experience launching or initiating projects.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• End-to-end experience in system development projects, from requirements definition through testing, migration, and production release.
  

• Project management experience in large-scale projects involving more than 50 stakeholders.
  

• Experience facilitating meetings and conducting workshops in English.
  

• Experience in insurance operations and/or insurance-related projects.
