Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of office staff and ensure operational efficiency
- Supervise staff performance and ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule
- Plan, organize, and monitor ongoing environmental health and waste management projects
- Manage office resources, records, and administrative processes
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management
- Monitor project timelines and ensure organizational targets are achieved
- Resolve operational challenges and implement practical solutions
- Liaise with clients, community leaders, estate managers, and other stakeholders when necessary
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and accountability within the office
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Environmental Health, or any other health-related discipline
- Must have an NGO background
- Must have a good knowledge of Project Management, Work plan and M&E plan development
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented
- Previous experience in project coordination, operations management, administration, environmental health, logistics, or a related field will be an added advantage
Salary: N350,000 / month
