The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Project Management within the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or related regulated industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
  • Experience in:
    • Construction and installation of Purified Water Systems (PWS).
    • Development and management of project schedules using MS Project.
    • Construction projects, including utilities rooms and equipment support areas.
    • Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities.
    • Regulatory and quality requirements within regulated industries

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for purified water system projects.
  • Lead the construction and installation of new purified water systems and related infrastructure.
  • Coordinate the construction of utility rooms and building modifications required to house new equipment and systems.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities and ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor project progress using MS Project and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among engineering, operations, quality, validation, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure proper project closeout, including documentation, lessons learned, and stakeholder approvals.
