Project Manager (FM/BMS)
Summary
Oversees facility operations and maintenance for large-scale sites, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and optimizing system performance using BMS tools like Siemens.
* Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for a large-scale facility.
* Lead multidisciplinary maintenance teams and ensure efficient site execution.
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, client KPIs, and SLAs.
* Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
* Review technical reports, maintenance strategies, engineering proposals, and system performance.
* Manage client communication, project reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including significant management experience.
* Proven experience managing large Facilities Management or Maintenance contracts.
* Strong technical knowledge of Siemens BMS or other leading Building Management Systems.
* Experience managing large sites and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
* Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
