Senior PMO consultant to drive portfolio governance, planning, milestone tracking, reporting and delivery for Core Technology projects, hybrid (3 days/week) from Gdańsk on a long-term B2B contract. Requires 5+ years in PMO/portfolio/project management and fluent English; banking experience and Agile knowledge are pluses.

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a Senior PMO Consultant specializing in Core Technology Change & Delivery to enhance portfolio governance, planning, reporting, and execution activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, or Project Management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale technology initiatives and ensuring compliance and transparency.
Main Responsibilities:
The consultant will undertake the following core duties:
Drive portfolio and project reporting activities and management reporting.
Coordinate planning, milestone tracking, risks, issues, dependencies, and action management.
Support resource planning, financial follow-up, and forecasting activities.
Prepare executive presentations, governance material, and steering committee reports.
Support portfolio governance forums and ensure follow-up of decisions and actions.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
Support delivery planning, prioritization, and portfolio management activities across the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Core Technology and Business Areas.
Key Requirements:
The following qualifications are mandatory:
Minimum 5 years of PMO, Portfolio Management, or Project Management experience.
Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation portfolios.
Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning, and reporting.
Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and action tracking.
