Project Manager for GRC
Summary
Oversee international cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance projects, coordinating teams and stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and within budget using GRC frameworks.
As Project Manager for GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international projects within the Cybersecurity GRC environment. Working closely with stakeholders across different countries and departments, you will drive project execution, support strategic initiatives, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.

Your responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the Cybersecurity GRC project portfolio
- Prioritize projects and resources in alignment with business and departmental objectives
- Support the Head of Department in the successful delivery of initiatives and projects
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Lead international project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration across locations
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and quality standards
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address project risks and challenges
- Engage and collaborate with international stakeholders, vendors, and business partners
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, lessons learned, and final project reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in international environments
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or comparable certification is preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, Governance frameworks, and ISO Management Systems
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL practices
- Experience in Operational Governance and Risk Management
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
- Strong problem-solving and team-oriented mindset
- A high level of English is required (written and spoken)
