Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Mivan shuttering technology to oversee residential/commercial real estate projects. The role involves full project lifecycle management — from planning and approvals to execution and handover — ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality-driven project delivery using Mivan construction methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage real estate projects using Mivan shuttering technology.

• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and Mivan vendors.

• Supervise on-site execution to ensure structural accuracy, safety, and quality.

• Lead the installation and demoulding process of Mivan formwork with efficiency.

• Ensure strict adherence to RERA, environmental, and safety regulations.

• Review and approve BOQs, contractor bills, and material procurement plans.

• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely milestone achievements.

• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior leadership.

• Maintain project documentation, permits, and approvals in compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.

• 7–10 years of experience in real estate project management, with at least 3 years in Mivan construction.

• In-depth understanding of Mivan shuttering system and fast-track construction.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software.
