Location: Fort Stewart, GA

Position Summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee full food-service operations at multiple Army dining facilities located at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. The Project Manager will serve as Ladgov’s senior on-site representative and will be responsible for contract performance, personnel management, operational coordination, quality control, and communication with authorized installation representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all contract and subcontractor activities.
  • Manage dining-facility operations across all active locations.
  • Ensure staffing, food production, service, sanitation, safety, and administrative requirements are completed.
  • Supervise Dining Facility Managers, quality-control personnel, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain staffing continuity and coordinate replacement personnel.
  • Monitor labor usage, schedules, attendance, overtime, and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with approved menus, AFMIS procedures, food-safety standards, and contract requirements.
  • Oversee the Quality Control Plan and corrective-action process.
  • Coordinate with the Contracting Officer and COR regarding performance, staffing, and operational issues.
  • Participate in quarterly Performance Management Reviews.
  • Review invoices, certified labor-hour reports, training records, and required contract reports.
  • Ensure Government property, food, equipment, and funds are properly safeguarded.
  • Respond promptly to operational calls and emergencies.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least five years of general supervisory experience.
  • At least three years of management experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Experience managing high-volume or institutional food-service operations.
  • Familiarity with AFMIS, OTCnet, inventory control, food ordering, and production planning.
  • Current Food Protection Manager certification, such as ServSafe Manager, issued within the previous five years.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card and installation access.
  • Strong personnel-management, reporting, scheduling, and communication skills.
  • Availability during operating and non-operating hours when urgent support is required.

The PWS makes this a key position and requires the Project Manager to have full authority to represent the Contractor
