About the Role

As Project Manager within Conduent's Global Business Intelligence Operations team, you will partner cross-functionally and cross-regionally to enable teams to use data for business decisions by managing high-impact projects that enable growth, quality, and efficiency for the whole corporation. You will take an active role in the development of project plans and lead work streams to execute on the aligned roadmap. The role requires complex project management, data-driven skills, excellent time-management and organization, and the ability to clearly articulate and present information for partners at all levels of the business.

Core responsibilities

• Expected to analyze and manage project detail while simultaneously aligning the "big picture" project priorities with the priorities of the business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects of varying duration and shifting priorities, as required.
• Identifies project problems (and/or risks) in advance and documents mitigation and corrective action plans.

• Meet with internal customers to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Track and update changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Apply negotiation skills in addition to strong problem solving to resolve medium to complex issues.
• Strong analytical skillset, strong communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative approach & ability to influence across the organization.
• Ability to communicate project status to technical and business stakeholders.
• Accountable to ensure all deliverables and milestones remain on schedule, that issues get escalated and resolved, and that the projects are completed successfully.
• Evaluate the project success by identifying and analyzing key performance indicators.

Required Skills

• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Communication skills.
• Financial skills, including business case development experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Functional knowledge of project management techniques (PMI, Agile, Scrum, etc).
• Fluent written and spoken Professional English.
• Stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones.
• Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any management and/or digital field.
• PMP certification.
• Experience, training or certification in Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
