Job Description:
- Serve as Scrum Master for the MDHHS Accounts Receivable and Collections (ARC) project.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile practices.
- Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and support continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Support backlog refinement, story decomposition, estimation, and prioritization.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Support software development, testing, UAT, and post-deployment activities.
- Use Azure DevOps for Agile lifecycle and project management.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates, metrics, and dashboards.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Associate's degree or higher.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, SADLC, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience supporting financial, debt management, payment processing, or case management systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multiple Agile teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Scrum certification such as SSM, SASM, CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with QA, regression testing, UAT, and post-deployment validation is preferred.
