Job Description/ Requirement:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project planning, work breakdown structures, risk and issue management, and meeting facilitation
- Ability to track project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
- Strong attention to detail and process quality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project
- Working knowledge of MS Visio and SharePoint
- Experience using Smartsheet and AI tools such as Copilot or SecureGPT is preferred
- 3+ years of healthcare, insurance, or related industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred
