Direct daily field operations, managing real-time technician dispatching, work order assignments, and route optimization based on skill sets and location.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between clients, field supervisors, external vendors, and executive leadership.
Manage urgent service calls, schedule modifications, and immediate field escalations to eliminate project bottlenecks.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including purchase orders, vendor invoices, basic financial reconciliations, and payroll preparation.
Maintain organized project archives, including permits, change orders, compliance records, and contracts.
Must-Have Requirements
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project management, field dispatching, or operational administration.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills with strong business drafting abilities.
Proven track record of coordinating field resources, dispatching work orders, and resolving real-time operational issues under pressure.
Experience tracking project expenses against budget baselines and supporting core administrative finance workflows.
Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and adopt new dispatch, project management, and administrative software tools.
Full availability during PST business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST).
Nice-to-Have Requirements

Hands-on experience working with HubSpot or similar operational/CRM platforms.
