Project Manager – Government / Digital Applications

Experienced IT Project Manager to run end-to-end application development and digital-transformation projects in Singapore's government/public-sector environment, handling scope, budget, risk, SIT/UAT, deployment and stakeholder reporting. About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of application development and digital-transformation projects within the Singapore environment.
Key responsibilities
Manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, testing, deployment and closure
Develop project schedules, milestones and resource plans
Manage project scope, budget, risks, issues and dependencies
Coordinate Business Analysts, developers, QA engineers, infrastructure teams and vendors
Conduct project meetings and track actions and deliverables
Manage SIT, UAT, deployment and production-readiness activities
Prepare regular project status and management reports
Manage stakeholder expectations and project communications
Ensure project deliverables comply with applicable governance and quality standards
Manage production rollout, project closure, handover and post-implementation activities
About you
Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred
Experience managing software-development, digital or system-integration projects
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project-delivery methodologies
Experience managing developers, testers, vendors and cross-functional technical teams
Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies
Singapore Government or public-sector project experience will be highly preferred
Knowledge of Government technology environments such as GCC and WOG platforms will be an advantage
PMP and/or CITPM certification is preferred
