Project Manager

Grupo Vallas is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. You will lead a team of professionals to achieve milestones and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field.
• Proven working experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
