Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Management or Producer role within game development, with a deep understanding of production pipelines and how games are actually built.
- Solid grasp of Agile fundamentals with a proven ability to build custom, flexible workflows tailored for feature and content teams.
- Proven track record supervising project teams and using performance data to analyze progress and implement effective corrective measures.
- Demonstrated ability to identify structural bottlenecks and execute long-term, systemic solutions rather than temporary fixes.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including building complex boards, custom filters, and clean documentation structures.
- Exceptional leadership, adaptability, creative problem-solving, and negotiation skills, balanced with patience and strong goal orientation.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher, with the ability to drive clear alignment across international, cross-disciplinary teams.
- Prior AAA experience or a hands-on background in QA, Development, or Game Design.
- Strong cross-functional experience with feature and tech teams, enabling a quick onboarding into our production context.
- Proven track record of navigating complex team dynamics and driving new operational cycles.
- Experience in a multi-product studio, with a proven track record of managing incoming service requests across shared teams.
- Familiarity with team facilitation frameworks (e.g., Liberating Structures, 6 Thinking Hats) or professional coaching practices.
- Drive end-to-end delivery for feature and content teams by taking full ownership of timelines and on-time execution while mentoring members to become autonomous, self-organizing units.
- Iterate on development processes and build workflows tailored to game production, ensuring forward visibility, predictable releases, and a sustainable, burnout-free pace.
- Define, clarify, and maintain transparent Acceptance Criteria and Definitions of Done to guarantee high-quality results across all deliverables.
- Diagnose and resolve structural bottlenecks, implementing long-term systemic fixes to solve complex operational hurdles rather than short-term workarounds.
- Facilitate lean, outcome-oriented Agile ceremonies that keep meetings efficient, focused, and value-driven.
- Maintain the "single source of truth" across Jira systems and project documentation, keeping cross-functional disciplines (art, design, tech) moving in the same direction.
- Report actionable insights to leadership, providing regular updates on team velocity, project milestones, and potential staffing risks early.
