Project Manager - HDB/BTO
Summary
The Project Manager will lead large-scale HDB residential projects, overseeing full project delivery, technical coordination, and client management. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in HDB construction.
Our client is an established A1 main contractor known for their work in large scale residential projects. Due to a number of recent wins, they are looking for Project Manager to lead on a new HDB project and to oversee on-going tenders.
The successful candidate will be reporting to Project Director and will be responsibie for full project devliery, technical coordination and client management.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Approximately 10 years of experience in sizeable HDB projects. Assistant PMs looking to step up will be considered.
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB Singapore.
- Good verbal and written communication skill
