Project Manager - Healthcare Construction
As our Healthcare Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of construction projects within complex healthcare environments, ranging from light remodels in active hospital settings to major campus expansions and ground‑up facilities. This role is critical to ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the unique operational, regulatory, and patient care requirements of healthcare systems.
In this role, you will manage the day‑to‑day execution of projects including planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and change management. You will coordinate closely with superintendents, hospital stakeholders, clinical staff, infection prevention teams, design partners, and trade contractors to maintain alignment, minimize disruption to ongoing operations, and ensure compliance with all contracts, drawings, specifications, and healthcare standards. You will also oversee documentation, budgets, phasing plans, and issue resolution to keep projects progressing on time and within scope.
