Red Pulley Technology Solutions is seeking a Health IT Project Manager I to support a federal Health IT modernization initiative for the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Health Services Corps (IHSC). This role performs project-level planning, coordination, scheduling, risk and issue management, performance monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder coordination for assigned IHSC and Health IT projects, developing and maintaining the project-management products necessary to organize, monitor, and deliver assigned work.
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote), with occasional onsite work required by Government
Clearance: Public Trust - Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination Required

Eligibility Requirement: This position supports a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) to be eligible. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Health IT or federal IT programs
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT or Health IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, milestone management, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and status reporting
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders and multiple competing priorities
- Strong facilitation, organization, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
