We are hiring a Project Manager to run multiple heavy construction projects from award to closeout including: owning the budget, schedule, and client relationships, with real authority and a direct line to executive leadership.

What You’ll Own
Full P&L on your projects: budgets, cost-to-complete, and profit performance
Project schedules, subcontracts, RFIs/submittals, and change orders
Weekly jobsite and owner/engineer meetings
Direct relationships with owners, engineers, subs and suppliers
Field handoffs, site inspections, and closeout through project financial review
3+ years managing civil, marine or heavy construction projects
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
Time management skills - specifically balancing time spent between office and active jobsites
Working knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob, Procore, Bluebeam or similar
Valid driver’s license and TWIC card (or ability to obtain one)
