My client is a self-performing heavy civil General Contractor ($300M+ in annual revenue) looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major portfolio of infrastructure work across CT, RI, and MA β€” including two large 4-year projects in MA, three in-state jobs ranging from $50M–$120M, and roughly 15 additional projects in the $3M–$10M range.

What you'll own:

βœ… Full ownership of project progress, budget, and scheduling

βœ… Primary client point of contact

βœ… Coordinate staffing/equipment needs with the Construction Manager

βœ… Monthly billing, cost monitoring, and change order management

βœ… Permit and regulatory compliance

βœ… Resolve superintendent/subcontractor issues before they become problems

βœ… Keep leadership ahead of risk β€” no surprises

βœ… Ensure clean project closeout and documentation

βœ… Spot new business opportunities in the field
