We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in our US Western Region (PDX) in Boardman, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead progress meetings with site team and sub-contractors
  • Support the Project & Controls Team assigned projects. Primarily, EPMS projects in the IAD region
  • Attend client commissioning and coordination meetings at various locations
  • Review client specification documents and electrical / control Single Line Diagrams to help identify a clear scope of works for each project
  • Review third party electrical / control schematics and prepare IO lists, cable schedules and associated technical documentation to assist with project delivery
  • Clarify queries through the request for information (RFI) system.
  • Ensure any issues identified by our clients are dealt with in an effective, professional manner to the appropriate standards.
  • Implement the project quality control procedures and maintain project databases.
  • Prepare technical submissions and reports for client approval.
  • Support the sales teams in customer engagements to aid the securing of new business
  • Prepare method statements and risk assessments for upcoming works.
  • Attend site to monitor project progress of our subcontractors provide client updates.
  • Maintain a variation and change order log and assist with quantifying the impact of scope variations on the overall project.
  • Compile O+M’s and handover documentation
  • Complete project budgets and ensure projects are on target from a budgetary and scheduling perspective
  • Completion of staged payment milestone reports for submission to the client for invoicing
  • Manage all contractual correspondence related to your project. This will include but not be limited to. project documentation, client correspondence, controls specifications and site procedures
  • Monitor and control progress of onsite teams and subcontractors while maintaining a professional approach at all times
  • Compile and maintain project schedules to meet predefined deliverables for our customers
  • Be the initial point of contact for the customer for assigned projects.
