Project Manager

About the role

Lead program delivery by ensuring alignment between individual projects and overall program outcomes. Monitor program performance and milestones while working with various users, multiple project teams, and external parties to ensure site and infrastructure readiness for deployment and verification. Manage dependencies between IT projects and building development projects, and lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.

• Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members

• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Engage senior leadership, sponsors, project teams, and business stakeholders

• Facilitate decision-making and resolve escalated issues

• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and achievements through regular reporting

• Assist in program budgets and financial performance

About you

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• 5 years or more working experience

• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes/projects

• The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

• Strong domain knowledge of Healthcare is an added advantage
