Project Manager/Home Service Dispatcher

Discussion

WE'RE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER / DISPATCHER

Are you the kind of person who actually likes keeping a lot of moving pieces organized?

When five things are happening at once, do you naturally start figuring out what needs to happen first, who needs to know what, and how to keep everything moving forward?

Do you notice details other people miss?

When a project starts getting off track, is your instinct to get ahead of it and solve the problem?

Are you good with people-even when they're frustrated, stressed, or plans have changed?

And when something lands in your lap, do you own it and see it through?

If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you.

We're looking for a Project Manager / Dispatcher to help keep our plumbing projects, customers, and field team organized and moving forward.

This isn't just a dispatch position. Dispatching and scheduling will be an important part of your role, but we're also looking for someone who can manage projects from start to finish, track details and deadlines, coordinate people and resources, anticipate problems, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Plumbing experience isn't required. We can teach you our business, systems, and processes. Experience in project management, project coordination, dispatching, scheduling, construction, or a similar role is a big plus.

What we're looking for is someone who is naturally:

A problem solver. You don't just point out problems-you start figuring out how to solve them.

Highly organized. You can manage multiple projects, schedules, deadlines, and details while knowing what needs your attention next.

Proactive. You anticipate what could go wrong and work to get ahead of it.

A strong communicator. You can keep customers, technicians, vendors, and the rest of the team informed and on the same page.

Calm with a lot of moving pieces. Schedules change. Jobs run long. Materials get delayed. Priorities compete. You can adjust, reprioritize, and keep things moving.

An owner. When you're responsible for something, you follow it through and make sure it gets done.

A little about us-and what we offer:

We're a family-owned and operated company, and we are not a 24-hour operation.

  • $22–$30/hour, paid weekly

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly spiffs and bonuses

  • 100% paid medical, dental, and vision premiums

  • 401(k) with company match

  • 2 weeks paid vacation

  • 1 week paid sick time

  • 6 paid holidays

  • iPhone, iPad, and integrated software

We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of an important role, become great at it, and help keep an entire team moving in the right direction.

If you read this and thought, "That sounds like me," we want to hear from you.
