Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams and external partners to manage project implementation and change control.

• Coordinate project meetings, provide progress updates, and resolve project issues with stakeholders.

• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and UAT are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Prepare project documentation, including correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes.

• Provide technical account management during project delivery to maintain customer satisfaction and identify business opportunities.

• Support the preparation and submission of tender proposals in accordance with tender requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to compile tender information and ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of project management/ tender management experience, preferably in telecom industry

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information technology or IT related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools

• Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
