PROJECT MANAGER

POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION (PR / SGR)

💰 Salary: $3,000 + Commission + Transport Allowance
🕘 Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm
        Sat 9:00am–1:00pm
📅 Monthly Off Days: 6 days
📍 Location: Jurong East (NS1 – Jurong East)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all site operations and arrangements.

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors and workers.

• Handle necessary applications, permits and project documentation.

• Follow up on project progress and ensure smooth site operations.

• Handle other project-related administrative and coordination work.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in construction / project management is required.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to manage site matters independently
