  • Progress tracking and reporting: Track progress against plan, flag delays and blockers early, and prepare weekly status reports for the CPO.

  • Quality and release: Coordinate testing, bug tracking and sign-off; support game certification and release handover to Operations and partners.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or project coordination, ideally on software or game development.

  • Fluent spoken and written English.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana or Notion.

  • Good understanding of the product development cycle: requirements, design, development, QA and release.

  • Able to work with technical and creative teams and understand basic technical concepts (APIs, builds, release processes).

  • Organized, detail-oriented and proactive in following up.

Nice to have

  • Experience in slot, casino or mobile game development, or iGaming.

  • Familiarity with game certification or aggregator integrations.

  • Experience writing PRDs, user stories or feature specs.

  • Mandarin Chinese (spoken or written) to work with Taiwan-based teams.

  • PMP, CAPM, CSM or similar certification.
