Project Manager
Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱100,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage cross-functional projects and operational support initiatives within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects across multiple business functions while ensuring timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables are effectively managed. The Project Manager will also support process improvement and operational initiatives, including selected AI-enabled automation and innovation projects.
Key responsibilities
Manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
Understand business requirements, objectives, scope, and expected project outcomes
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, communication plans, and deliverables
Schedule and facilitate project kick-off meetings, status meetings, and ongoing project discussions
Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and task completion
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets
Provide regular project status updates to the PMO, business stakeholders, and leadership
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary
Collaborate with business leaders, project resources, client teams, and other stakeholders
Support recurring operational projects focused on improving efficiency and consistency
About you
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of project management experience
Strong experience managing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
Experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, status reports, and communication plans
Strong knowledge of project risk, issue, and deliverable management
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Project
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
