Project Manager II

Primary purpose:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support client and organizational objectives. Manages project schedules, deliverables, communications, risks, and stakeholder engagement while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Works independently on day-to-day project activities and collaborates with senior team members on complex issues and strategic initiatives.
A successful candidate will do the following:
- Demonstrate strong project organization, task management, and follow-through across multiple priorities.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communications, and risk management.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and follow-up activities to ensure participants remain informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and guide project-team activities to support project planning and implementation; align with scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Document and distribute meeting outcomes, including key discussions, decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies; and ensure appropriate follow-up and accountability.
- Develop content and budgets for bids and proposals in areas that are the same or similar in scope to currently managed projects.
