Position Summary:
As a Project Manager III, you will oversee complex signage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This senior-level role requires hands-on experience in signage or construction project management, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to client communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of signage projects, from kickoff to final installation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Coordinate schedules, permits, site surveys, production, and installation logistics
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and change orders to ensure financial targets are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues
- Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvement initiatives
