Project Manager in Central London

Conrad Consulting are working with a leading construction and property consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their London team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a major data centre client on technically complex projects within one of the fastest-growing areas of the built environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and the required quality standards.

The Role

Manage and coordinate projects on behalf of major clients

Work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders

Monitor programme, costs, risks and project performance

Coordinate design and technical teams

Assist with procurement and contract administration

Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients

About You

You will ideally have previous data centre experience, although candidates with experience in utilities, power, substations or complex MEP fit-out will also be considered.

You should have strong communication and client-facing skills, together with a proven track record of delivering projects within a consultancy or similar professional environment.
