Mechanical Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex projects while maintaining control of schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor project financial performance, labor, materials, and overall progress.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects.
• Strong HVAC, piping, plumbing, or process mechanical experience .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
