Description:
Receiving Requirements:
You will receive different types of requirements from RPMs or managers, such as link down issues, upgrades, or product-related tasks.
Raise Feasibility:
After receiving a requirement, raise feasibility for it on the feasibility portal.
Inform RPM:
Once feasibility is raised, inform the respective RPM that feasibility has been raised.
Follow TAT (Turnaround Time):
The requirement should be completed within 3 days from the date it was received.
If not closed within the TAT, you need to follow up with the respective circle team to ensure closure.
Prepare PO:
After the requirement is closed, prepare the Purchase Order (PO) for it.
Create Business Case:
Once the PO is prepared, create a business case for approval.
Send for Approval:
Send the business case to the respective manager for approval.
