Project Manager (Industrial Building Construction) | Up to $5.5K + Bonus

📍 Location: Boon Lay / West Singapore

💰 Salary: Up to S$5,500 Basic + Variable Bonus

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5-Day Work Week)

🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial building construction projects, ensuring smooth execution, cost efficiency, quality standards and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

• Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, resources and cost management.

• Lead site engineers, supervisors, safety personnel and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.

• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, permits and statutory submissions.

• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues and prepare management reports.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality and construction regulations.

• Prepare and review method statements, project programmes and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in industrial building construction.

• Hands-on experience managing industrial building projects is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, site operations and project coordination.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.

• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting and problem-solving skills.

• Prior project management experience in Singapore is advantageous.
