Project Manager Information Technology

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals.
