Key Responsibilities
Lead infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Work closely with IT, cloud, security, vendors, and business teams.
Ensure projects meet quality, security, and service standards.
Conduct project meetings, updates, reports, and governance activities.
Oversee UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-project support.
Maintain project documentation and ensure proper knowledge transfer.
Manage vendors and third-party service providers.
Improve processes for more efficient IT infrastructure delivery.
