Interface Project Manager
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle—from initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and timeline objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution across all project phases.
- Monitor project performance in real time, proactively identify potential delays or risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and company quality standards throughout project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, delivering clear, consistent updates and performance reports.
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field teams, maintaining accountability, performance, and compliance.
- Lead post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in future project delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, financial records, and compliance files.
- Regular on-site presence required at project locations within the industrial zone.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on mechanical fuel systems in fuel station environments.
- Demonstrated success as a Project Manager in a similar industrial or engineering context.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical fuel system design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Obour City, East Cairo, Qalyubia, Belbeis, Zagazig, 10th of Ramadan City, Menouf, or Qawasim.
- Preference given to candidates from Alexandria, Beheira, or Canal Zone governorates.
- Must be 33 years of age or older.
