Project Manager (Interior)
Summary
Oversee interior fit-out projects in Dubai, managing budgets, timelines, and teams while coordinating with clients and contractors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and completion of projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with contract requirements
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures
- Prepare progress reports and attend client meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
- Project Management Certification (PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantage
- Minimum 7–10 years UAE experience in construction or interior fit-out
- Strong leadership, communication, and project control skills
- UAE Driving Mandatory
Monthly Salary Budget:
AED 12,000 to AED 14,000/- plus other benefits
