Join the Yinlun TDI Manufacturing Mexico team at our Plant 1 in Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, Mexico!

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead new product development projects using APQP methodology, ensuring strong customer relationships, effective OEM milestone management, and timely execution throughout the product development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage new product development projects using APQP methodology.

Ensure compliance with customer requirements and PPAP deliverables.

Coordinate project milestones, timelines, and cross-functional activities.

Monitor project risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Support prototype builds and post-SOP activities to ensure optimal product performance.

Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.

At least 1 year of experience in project management or as a project owner.

Knowledge of APQP methodology, PPAP requirements, and Core Tools.

Advanced English proficiency.

Experience managing customer portals and digital platforms.

Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project.

Experience with APQP processes for product launches with major OEMs (e.g., Ford, GM, Volvo, or VW).

PMP certification is a plus.

Work Location: Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León, Mexico.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: Based on experience.
