Tasks
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track project progress using Jira.
- Plan and manage sprints following Agile/Scrum practices.
- Lead and facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and help the team stay focused on sprint goals.
- Communicate project updates with stakeholders and team members.
- Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and help maintain high team energy and motivation.
