- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal tools, and quality assurance checkpoints
- Enforce compliance with SOPs and quality standards during site visits and inspections
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships, ensuring deliverables and SLAs are met
- Monitor operational KPIs and produce dashboards and reports for leadership review

- Build and maintain project and operational systems using Excel, MS Project, Canva, and equivalent platforms
- Produce polished visual materials (decks, trackers, dashboards) that communicate clearly to senior stakeholders and clients
- Analyse data to surface insights, identify inefficiencies, and support evidence-based decisions
- Rapidly learn and adopt new tools and platforms as business needs evolve
Requirements
- 4–7 years' experience in project management, operations, or a related delivery role (facilities management, construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Project (or similar scheduling tools); proficiency in Canva for stakeholder-ready visuals
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce SOPs and quality standards, ideally in a multi-site or field operations environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable driving accountability across teams without direct authority
- High attention to detail and a bias for follow-through; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- PMP certification is an advantage but not required — we care more about demonstrated delivery discipline
Benefits
- Competitive
remuneration, commensurate with experience
