Project Manager-Internship
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate between clients and engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a patient approach, and the ability to understand client requirements clearly. Knowledge of AI tools and modern project management platforms is essential.
- Coordinate effectively between clients and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Understand client requirements in detail and convert them into actionable tasks.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress.
- Use AI tools and project management platforms to manage tasks and workflows.
- Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and implement immediate solutions.
- Manage client expectations with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
- Prepare schedules, reports, documentation, and project updates for both teams and clients.
- Ensure all projects meet defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Support process improvements and team coordination for efficient project delivery
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of AI tools and PM platforms (Notion, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Proactive problem-solving ability
- Patience and client-handling experience
- Time management and multi-tasking
- Technical understanding to work with engineering teams
Must be currently staying in New Delhi or willing to relocate immediately (non-negotiable)
