AKMV Consultants is hiring a senior Project Manager in Mumbai to oversee large-scale IT park, ITES and office building construction projects end to end — from conception to completion, including architect and general-contractor selection, tender and bid management, construction, and handover. Requires 20+ years of project management experience and a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Candidates who have handled multi-storied building projects of PEB structure/composite structures/PT structures.
Manages INR150 Cr+ project experience

He needs to be well conversant with CVC (Central Vigilance Commission) and CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India - CAG) guidelines related to documentation, procurement etc.
Hands on experience from conception to completion (C2C) - (manages from pre construction to execution to handover. ).
Expert in Architect selection, GC VENDOR Selection, Tender management, Bid Management, construction & handover.
Requirements
