Project Manager (IT)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business units

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery

• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management

• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle

• Facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (if Agile)

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles

• Proven track record of delivering IT projects successfully

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Ability to manage people in team
