Responsibility
- Upholding governance in Government procurement while ensuring quality project delivery and alignment with agency objectives and outcomes.
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines (e.g. IM8, GeBIZ requirements)
- Prepare, review and maintain procurement documents such as Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports
- Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to relevant stakeholders and management
Requirement
- Experience in managing the full life-cycle of a procurement project, including procurement planning, sourcing and evaluation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and minute taking
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks to closure
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and internal stakeholders
- Preferably familiar with Government procurement framework and guidelines
