Position Overview
This position will be for the project manager to manage and deliver multiple systems integration projects, enhancements projects for the national healthcare programme which consolidates and provides patient health data to serve national health needs and supports healthcare professionals to serve their patients better. The programme is part of a national healthcare ecosystem and supports the digitization and connection with other national healthcare programmes.
This is a 2 years direct contract role with Synapxe.

Requirements
- Degree in IT or equivalent
- At least 8-12 years within IT industry, with at least 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in Project Management and handling projects from initiation to completion.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and experience through minimum 5 full project lifecycles.
- Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in one or more of the following types of project implementations: major system implementations, major system integration projects, major migration projects.
- Possess leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders.
- Strong critical skills such as collaboration, oral, written, and verbal communication skills and analytical capability.
- Increased acumen for planning, strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Strong planning and time management skills.
- People, result, and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment and be a good team player.
- Healthcare domain knowledge would be an advantage.
